After-sales policy

Customers shopping in the mall, from the actual receipt of the goods within 7 days (including 7 days), under the premise of ensuring that the goods in good condition (see Article 1), can apply for 7 days without reason to return.

Article 1: Good description of goods

Good condition means that the goods can maintain the original quality and function, including the goods themselves, packaging, accessories and attached trademark tags, instructions and so on. The customer opens the package of the commodity based on the inspection needs, or carries out a reasonable and appropriate trial in order to confirm the quality and function of the commodity without affecting the integrity of the commodity. However, if a commodity is used beyond the needs of inspection and trial, resulting in a large depreciation of the value of the commodity, the commodity shall be deemed to be unsound.

Article 2: Freight description

The returned goods shall be borne by the customer for the freight of the goods returned to the warehouse of the Mall.
