Position: Graphic designer

(1) Job objectives:

(2) Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall image planning of the company's independent stations and various cross-border e-commerce platform stores; And wireless terminal overall planning and design and other visual creative related work;

2, responsible for the company's online platform activities to undertake page, product details page and other overall layout design work; Responsible for layout planning and leading design of the home page of the store, special Banner advertising pictures for major events of the store, and baby details page templates;

(3) Job requirements:

1. Skilled in product mapping, P mapping and video secondary creation, good understanding of picture rendering and visual effects;

2, skilled use of Photoshop/AI, Dreamweaver, Coreldraw and other design software;

3, familiar with poster, web advertising design, have good experience in web design or graphic design; Understand color matching, active thinking, creative, strong visual effects performance ability, for the website art development and color matching has a unique insight and experience;

Position: cross-border e-commerce operation supervisor

(1) Job objectives:

According to the company's business development requirements, I was responsible for the overall planning, operation and promotion of TikTok store, and achieved the sales target of the store.

(2) Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning, commodity and inventory management, marketing and other systematic business work of TikTok store;

2. Formulated daily store promotion plans and celebrity cooperation plans according to brand needs and target market audiences, cooperated with platform officials to participate in and plan major promotion activities, tracked the funnel data of e-commerce transformation, continuously optimized the process from social media content to e-commerce sales, and improved sales;

3. Daily and promotion period statistics of store sales performance, analysis of activity data and promotion effects, optimization and adjustment;

4. Pay close attention to platform policies and mechanisms, market trends and changes, competitive store dynamics, etc., conduct targeted research according to demand, and put forward innovative plans and implement them with the guidance of improving core e-commerce KPIs;

5. As the project leader, responsible for the operation performance of the project.

(3) Job requirements:

1. Familiar with overseas e-commerce platform and store management and maintenance, including but not limited to TikTok, Amazon, TikTok store operation experience of more than 2 years, health care category operation experience is preferred;

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET6 or above or excellent TOEFL/IELTS score is preferred;

3. Proficient in Excel; Sensitive to data changes, attention to detail, with good analytical and judgment skills;

4. Strong subjective initiative and independent learning ability;

5. Good communication, execution, working under pressure and teamwork skills.
